Angry Dragon - When a girl is giving you head you "gently" smack her on the back of the head before you blow your load and it shoots out her nose

Angry Pirate - Girl is giving you blowjob but you tell her you don't want to finish her mouth (play the nice guy angle). Instead, you hold her head close as you finish in her eye (right eye preferable). As she stumbling around like a drunken hobo, you kick her in the shins really hard. Not that it needs anymore hyping around here, but there's only 1 more day till Left 4 Dead comes out- and if you haven't seen the commercial that they're running for it, you should, its f'ing awesome:

So going to buy this first thing tomorrow morning. We played the demo a bunch this weekend, and on Expert mode the two levels you get are awesome. So damn much fun :)
