You can read about it here. I know Orion and I played this briefly when it came out, and it wasn't 'fun'.. just an OK game. Free? Completely? Might be worth a second look. With a Party, this could be a great game.
I think that was my main complaint when Orion and I played.. it wasn't fun solo.
I don't know about the game, but this is awesome.
Some of us were talking about this game the other night. Bioware sent me a link yesterday, so I thought I would pass it along.
Dragon Age: Origin
I am not sure "fan movies" really apply as a useful descriptor to these things anymore. Awesome.
Oh these guys are awesome.
So, I recently played Fallout 3 and one it with a ton of content left untouched (I’m waiting for the DLC to get those last 10 levels). I never played Fallout 1 or 2 and that made me interested to go and find them. I went and found a place to download the Fallout Series (I, II, and Tactics). That made me nostalgic for games I still remember . . .
After seeing the DC MMO it reminded me that our good old friends at Cryptic are supposed to be putting together a little MMO of their own, and I hadn't heard anything about it in a while. So I went looking and found the Teaser Trailer. I don't think I've seen this before- not sure if you guys have. It looks interesting, but I'd love to see more info like the DC video.
They've released some gameplay videos for DC's new MMO. Looks kinda interesting, kinda like Marvel Ultimate but MMOd maybe?

You know, I wasn't going to pick up GTA IV because I enjoyed Saints Row 2 so much. I am not really interested in the gritty immigrant thing but HOLY SHIT WOULD I LOVE TO BE A BIKER!!!
Wow, Yahtzee liked it. Still, funny review.
I can't tell you how happy this makes me. I picked up the first one in a PC bargain bin and because the sequel was so AWFUL as opposed to Pitch Black which was great, I had low expectations. I loved everything about Butchers Bay (especially the shanking) so I can not wait to play this.
1UP Preview: Chronicles of Riddick: Assault On Dark Athena (Xbox 360)
So, I am all videogamy fun right now. Running around, I saw this:
Red Faction: Guerrilla (X360)
Apparently this is done by the same people who did Saints Row 2, a game I played TWICE because it was so much darn fun. Here I guess they are doing a sandbox game about Revolution where fighting the police state.
Looks freakin' awesome. Hopefully it will have the same co-op options that SR2 had.
The new 'Xbox Experience' dropped this morning. Makavity seems to like the NetFlix integration. I went ahead and played with my avatar. I went with leather-daddy-biker-pedophile who likes to golf on the weekends. Did I hit the mark?

Anyway, here's a list of 10 things you should do with the new software:
Not that it needs anymore hyping around here, but there's only 1 more day till Left 4 Dead comes out- and if you haven't seen the commercial that they're running for it, you should, its f'ing awesome:
So going to buy this first thing tomorrow morning. We played the demo a bunch this weekend, and on Expert mode the two levels you get are awesome. So damn much fun :)
Dude, this may be the best damn web game I've ever played.
Simple, short (cuz I can't stand long web games), and the music (especially once you win) is awesome.
Come for the golden axe, sonic, and phantasy start, stay for shinobi and altered beast:
